Our Web-based Journal is a free periodical for teachers, teacher trainers and researchers. The objectives: to produce a site for ESP professionals to share their research and teaching practices with the international teaching community.

of a web-based journal was first voiced at the turn of the centuries by
Simon Winetroube, then ELT Projects' Officer at the
British Council, Russia. It was later discussed at the 8th ESP
Anti-conference in St. Petersburg in October, 2001. Most Most
participants agreed that it could benefit the international ESP
community, if we had an easily accessible electonic periodical with
